Erica
founded Crystal Clear Home in 2007. She wanted to start a business
that would somehow help others. Since she grew up cleaning at her
parent’s motel in Niagara Falls, NY and since her natural tendency
is toward living “green”, it was the perfect fit to
start an eco-friendly cleaning company. |
Caryn Team Leader
Caryn is a Sonoma County native. She is Crystal Clear Home's
lead cleaner and in charge of quality control for all teams in the field. Caryn is a mom of a 10-year old and 13-year old and
a “Foster Mom” for the Sonoma Humane Society. |
Denise Team Leader
Denise loves her job cleaning because she loves to make people happy and give them a healthy home to come home to. She believes that having a clean home makes less stress in life. Someday she would like to go back to school and become a grief counselor and also counsel teenagers. |
Cynthia Team Leader
Cynthia is a mother of seven children. She loves cleaning because she takes great satisfaction in taking a messy space and making it orderly and beautiful. Cynthia would someday love to own a business with her husband somewhere tropical. |
Mayra Team Leader

Mayra has over 9 years cleaning experience. She loves working at Crystal Clear because she really likes the people who work here. Her big reward from cleaning is the satisfaction of the customers she cleans for. She loves to take a dirty house and give it order. One day she hopes to become a software engineer. |
Emily
Emily is a Santa Rosa native. Values that are important to her
are honesty and integrity. She loves her job with Crystal Clear
Home because of the feeling of accomplishment she has after cleaning
and “the satisfaction of the clients is very rewarding.” |
Tania
Tania is in college and studying Environmental Science. She is an active member of Students for a Sustainable Future. She loves her job cleaning because she can see the instant results of her work. She loves making everything look perfect and neat. She believes when a space is clean and tidy people can relax and clear their minds. |
Christina
Christina is originally from San Jose, CA. She has a young daughter and values honesty and courage. She loves cleaning because she likes seeing a dirty and messy home become clean because of her hard work. Plus she loves cleaning! |
Jessie
Jessie is a mom of a young child and is originally from Lodi, CA. She values education and hard work. She would one day love to work with young children as a profession. She likes her job cleaning because she knows she is making a difference in our clients' lives. She enjoys seeing the end result, working hard, and getting the job done. |
Genna
Genna is originally from Glen Ellen. She values honesty, loyalty, and love. She loves her job cleaning because she likes to help people live in a clean house. She believes having a clean environment makes a big difference in one's quality of life. She would love to be a photographer someday and go to school for further education. |
Kayla
Kayla is a mom of two small children. Her values are honesty and trying to better herself each and every day. She never takes one day for granted and is trying to do anything and everything to provide a better life for her children. She loves cleaning because for her it is an amazing feeling to see the end result and the smile on the customer's face. Just knowing that she made their day a little less stressful is very fulfilling to her. |
